Sc 05b - Environmental Science Merit Badge--Part 2
ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE Environmental Science Merit Badge--Part 2 Learn about Environmental Science and how essential our understanding and care of the environment is to our health and well being. This class includes multiple experiments and outdoors observations. This badge is required for Eagle rank and takes two classes to complete all the requirements. Part 2 will complete 2a and 2b, 6a or 6b 8a, 9, 10 and 11.
Prerequisites: Scouts should complete Requirement 6 on endangered species (either 6a or 6b) and Requirement 11 (careers in Environmental Science) before the classes. Scouts will present this work on Req 6 and 11 either on Day 1 or Day 2 of the class as time allows. Recommended for second class and above. Please bring a water bottle and snacks or lunch to the class. Either Class A or B uniforms are fine. Blue card signed by instructor at the end of Class 2.
Minimum class size is 8. If the minimum is not reached the class will be cancelled.
